Does shipping come with tracking?

Yes! I only offer tracked shipping for orders (´⊙ω⊙`)!Despite the extra cost, this is to ensure that every package is properly documented! 

Exception: If you live on the West Coast of Canada, you can select non-tracked delivery. 

 

How long does it take to get the tracking number?

I run this shop entirely on my own, so please be patient with me! It typically takes up to 5 business days to receive your tracking number. During this period, I’m carefully packaging your items, delivering them to the post office, and handling all the necessary documentation.


Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, I ship to Canada and the USA (48 corrugated states).


Which courier services will be used?

Canada Post and USPS.

 

How long does it take to get my package?

Within Canada: Registered mail usually takes 4-10 business days.

Within the USA: Registered mail usually takes 6-10 business days.

Please note that there may be unexpected delays in shipping. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any delays once your package has been shipped out.

I input the wrong address/my address has changed

Please double-check your address before placing an order. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.


I want to cancel my order/request for a refund

All sales are final! No refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed, so please read the details and consider carefully before purchasing.


My goods arrived damaged / My package is lost / My ordered was marked as delivered but did not arrive

Once your order is shipped, I no longer have control over it. For packages that have been lost or marked as delivered, please contact your local post office, as they have the most up-to-date information to help locate your parcel. 

If your items arrive severely damaged, send me an email and attach picture proof! Please note that customers will be responsible for covering any additional shipping charges.


I was charged import fees / customs / VAT, etc.

Packages may incur additional fees based on local customs and trade regulations. I am not responsible for covering these charges.


My parcel was returned

All returned packages will be reshipped with additional reshipment fees.
